Founder and Managing Director

Mohammad Ahmad is the founder of CivicSync and leads the company's overall vision, business strategy and product direction. With experience across customer service, operations, logistics, healthcare systems, telecommunications and process improvement, he has seen how poor issue tracking and fragmented communication can weaken trust between people and institutions. His role is to ensure CivicSync remains focused on practical civic accountability, resident voice, transparent updates and better decision-making for local communities.

Shahid Inayet

Marketing and Operations Director

Shahid Inayet leads CivicSync's marketing, operations, stakeholder outreach and business development. He brings strong experience in marketing strategy, startup consultancy, business planning, digital communication and client engagement, supported by UK-based work experience and a background in business administration, MIS, marketing and engineering. His role is to position CivicSync clearly for councillors, councils, public bodies and partners, while supporting customer acquisition, pilot development and operational growth.

Arsalan Ijaz Anwer

CTO / Technical Director

Arsalan Ijaz Anwer leads the technical development of CivicSync, including platform architecture, dashboards, data workflows, security, scalability and future AI-assisted features. He has extensive experience in technology consulting, digital transformation and enterprise systems through Taar Technologica Ltd, a UK-registered information technology consultancy company incorporated in 2010. His role is to ensure CivicSync develops from a working prototype into a reliable, secure and scalable civic intelligence platform.
